By 2025 India will be the most populous nation in the world. There is a large chunk of youth joining the workforce on an annual basis in order to seek employment in urban centers. India has the opportunity to reap a "demographic dividend" from its young population.

The industrial sector is expanding and opening up with increasing demand for skilled work force. There is a fundamental divide between resource need and availability of the same. The large pool of youth population must be mobilized for inclusive growth to create skill hubs catering to market demands. With a clear strategy India will find itself on a firm footing for economic growth. Comprehensive skills training equips them with the knowledge and skills needed to secure employment and succeed on the job, leading towards empowering villages and communities.

We want to be the torch bearer in the government's initiative to educate citizens by taking meaningful skills that not only enrich life experiences but result in proposition that culminates in building a pool that earns independence by way of getting to be employable. We are keen to bring the same wealth and value to all participants/trainers/trainees by virtue of becoming partners and stakeholders in this skill initiative.
